WILD KITCHEN - secret recipes from nature

Recently I mentioned the first of these little-known wild food dishes. It nettle soup. It is based on tiny, newly grown nettle. The best and most valuable are in April and May. You can pluck them until August, but later just the same vertices. The soup is amazing in taste and appearance. The beautiful lush green, aromatic and easy to do.
Here are the world's simplest recipe:
Fry onions in butter, add the young stalks of nettles (about half bags).
Then it cook in vegetable broth with one potato.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix. That's all.
Can be served with cream, croutons and a poached egg.

Enjoy your meal!
