Resistors
are the simplest electronic element. Resistors are used to reduce current flow.
It has a resistance. Fixed resistor have resistance that only change slightly
with temperature. Resistor is linear element. It replace electric energy in
thermal energy. Thermistor change resistance, when temperature increases. Variable
resistor can be used to adjust circuit elements. Resistors are also implemented
within integrated circuits. Resistors come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
