Left-hand rule and right-hand rule

 Left-hand rule

Direct current always go from „+” to „-„. We insert the left hand between magnet and rotor. Thumb and fingers create letter  “L”. Palm is opposite rotor. Finger must to slow current flow. Thumb will to show force’s sense.

Right-hand rule

Direct current always go from “+” to “-“. We insert the right hand between rotor and magnet. We set hand as in the picture. If forefinger shows the magnetic field lines, and long finger shows the current flow direction, thumb will to show force’s direction.
