Do you know how sleeping is important for us?
We should sleep more than eight hours by a day. And statistics show that one person sleeps about twenty years by life.
I sleep only six hours by a day and I'm not proud because of it.
I love dreaming while I'm sleeping. Sometimes I don't remember my dreams.
I believe that dreams can be associated with our future.
Anyway, remember that you have to sleep more! When you sleep about nine hours you are more happy. :)
