Since last
April I have started to attend Pilates classes. I practice once a week, but can
feel that it works and I became more flexible.
Pilates is a method which
creating a balance in the body. It is a workout "well-being". The exercises are without stress or suffering, accompanied by pleasant, relaxing music. It brings me in a good mood.
The most
important is that my coach is very nice and competent. She told me that this
method is one of the safest forms of physical activity.
Practicing Pilates can improve
the appearance of body… We shall see :)
