Happiness jar is the project of Dominika Naborowska. It involves writing the best thing of day on a peace of paper and putting it into a jar or another wrap. Main conception of project is note people about little things. I heard about it from my friend and started with it in the beggining of January. Now I've got about over 150 memories in one place. When I'm sad, I read them and recall everything :) I'm going to read it on 31.12, too. By this way I can remember more things.
