House od flat?

Hi!
Today I want to write about home.
Home is important for everyone, no matter where we live. In my home I'm always feeling good, because I know it's my place.
I live in house and I really like it, but I think flats have got some benefits that houses will never have and conversely.
Firstly, in flats there are many other people that you can talk with or meet. In house you are alone, unless you meet someone new from your street, for example.
In an apartment house everything is common. You don't have to worry about redecoration the building or garbage export.
But in flat you will never feel so free like in house. Because in house everything is your and made by your hard work. And you can have your own, even small, garden. But it's yours.
Well, there are many advantages and disadvantages about houses or flats.
But I know how to solve this problem. I will have both house and flat in the future ;)
