I volunteer

Hello!

As you probably now- there's so many charities and organisation. Usually we can be a volunteer in a selected place. 

I'm a volunteer in Warsaw Rising Museum and I can't imagine my life without it.

I go to the museum as many times as I can and I'm helping with watching the exposure or I'm taking care of tourists. 

But the most I love tasks in August, when there's anniversary because of the outbreak of Warsaw Rising. 

Last year there was Seventieth Anniversary and I was so excited. I was helping insurgents and I could talk with them. I was doing lots of interesting things.

I don't have money from it, but I don't want anything. For me it's important that I can help someone and that I'm feeling useful. I love that when I come to the Museum and nobody judge me like in school. It's like a big family, where your appearance or financial status aren't important. Only your soul and intentions count. 

I think it's nice if you have some time and willingness to be a volunteer somewhere, because it's an unforgettable adventure, sometimes for whole life.
