Still life- drawings

Hello!
I can't draw very well, but i like watch the interesting images of famous artists. I think, one of the most interesting species is still life painting.
I think it's amazing that people could ( and can ) draw flowers, fruits, books and other items as accurately. Some images of this species are little scary- for example: dead animals, or human skull. In my opinion the prettiest are compositions of flowers and books. I especially recommend Alfons Karpiński images. One of his most beautiful paintings is "asters in a Vase".
