It's really important to keep fit. Except that your body's looking good- you feel better. Most important thing in working out is not to do it for nobody but yourself. If you are good with how do you look like- don't change it for somebody else!
For me, running It's best kind of sport (expectly running or your own outside). You are alone and problems-free then.
Feel comfortable in your body, keep fit and eat healthy. Try working-out by yourself.
Your body will thank you for it!
